1. Services Provided

Digital Vertex agrees to provide the Marketing Growth Package on a month-to-month basis, which included:

• Local SEO optimization - Map Pack Placement
• Google Business Profile optimization
• 3-4 posts per month on GMB in addition to optimization
• Blog content creation
• Hosting, SSL, and website maintenance (if applicable)
• Website build (if Client elects to include website)
• Ongoing visibility improvements and marketing support

2. Website Inclusion (If Applicable)

If Client does not currently have a website, Digital Vertex may include a professionally built website as part of the Marketing Growth Package.

Client acknowledges and agrees:

• The website is created using pre-approved, compliance-ready copy and design developed by Digital Vertex in collaboration with AGA.
• The website is provided as part of the active marketing subscription.
• If Client cancels the Marketing Growth Package, the website will be removed and will not transfer to Client unless a separate written agreement is executed.
• A le cart websites belong fully to the client.

3. Billing & Payment Terms

• The Marketing Growth Package is billed monthly at the agreed-upon rate.
• Payment is automatically charged each month on the billing date.
• All charges are non-refundable once processed.
• Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services and/or website access.
• There will be a 3% credit card processing charge to all transactions unless a debit card is used

4. Cancellation Policy

• Services are provided on a month-to-month basis.
• Client may cancel at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email to [Insert Email Address].
• Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing.
• Monthly charges during the notice period remain due and non-refundable.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or enrolling in the Marketing Growth Package, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Agreement.
